After two decades in the building industry and an abundance of prestigious projects under his belt, Tom and his brother Dan founded Build TwentyTwo.
Tom’s career has seen him manage and lead multiple jobs including heritage refurbishments, bespoke new builds and restoration projects. He is used to leading a team throughout large scale works and enjoys guiding clients and project managers from start to finish, ensuring every element runs smoothly and the client’s vision is achieved.
Tom’s start as a mason gave him vast experience using a wide range of materials. His passion in this area led him to work on a variety of bespoke projects from farmhouse style barn conversions, to working with reclaimed brickwork, dry stone walling and other traditional techniques.
DAN BLOWER

Dan has been involved in construction for over 20 years, working in commercial roles as a Quantity Surveyor in the luxury residential sector. Prior to this Dan started his working life in large scale civil engineering projects working for main contractors both in the UK & abroad.
With a BSc (Hons) in Construction Management and as a Chartered Member of The Institute of Building, Dan brings an in-depth knowledge and understanding of project management, estimating and
commercial contracts.
Dan’s passion for building has inspired him to undertake various qualifications and carried him around the world, bringing him back home to the iconic city of Bath. He continues to bring his love of the industry into his role, offering commercial support throughout
Build Twenty Two’s projects.
